The interview process with CapTech was awesome! The entire process took less than two weeks from initial contact with the recruiter to having an offer in hand. Additionally, the interviews with the team were very conversational and informative.

Interview seemed very fake. The second hour was all about the cap tech acct executive telling me about the company. Interview seemed completely fake. The acct executive kept telling me they wanted to get the cap tech name out there because they were new to the Atlanta market. Whole interview seemed like a sales pitch instead of a job interview.
