I think learning curve for me was really good at Capgemini...or may be I was lucky enough to get such good project where I got to work on latest technologies and learn alot of things. The continuous trainings conducted by the organization also helps the employees to work with better knowledge.

The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
