There was a phone interview with a lady from HR and the questions were fairly simple and just asked about my experience and what interested me about the position. I was invited for an in-person interview with who would later be my boss. Questions were asked based on my knowledge of financial statements and if I had any prior experience with the software.

Interview process is pretty smooth- I've been through 5-6 interviews with different individuals around the company; It's the same process for each interview, a little different to respects of the role. Capsim brought me in 5 different occasions and never hired me.
