I was contacted by one of their internal recruiters for this role. He set up an initial phone interview. Once, I pass this first step, I was told to go to their Cambridge, MA headquarters and meet the immediate supervisor, team member, and controller. The staff was super nice and laid back. After this step was completed, I was told I would go to a 2nd interview with the VP of Finance. I met him a week later and was just a very laid back interview and we discuss in a higher level the finance plan in the short term for the company. After this whole process, I was told the position was filled with someone else. I asked for some feedback and never heard back. It seems they wanted someone who would take a lower salary for this role.
