After submitting my resume and setting up a time for an interview the expectations were clear, there was one interview with two managers and I was informed I'd receive their answer/ decision within a specified time frame. I was very impressed that when I did not hear back in the time I was expecting to, I reached out and there was another employee whom I had never spoken with that was knowledgeable about me and my specific hiring information, they were able to provide the necessary information.
