Straightforward and communicative. Phone screen, hiring manager interview, and panel interview with 3-4 different people at 30 minutes each. All through zoom, but not sure if thats the norm or just my situation. Communication was quick and they never left me wondering. First interview to offer letter only took 3 weeks.
