Hiring is through Employee Referrals and On-campus placements.
Recruitment Process is in two stages:
1) Written Test (Subjective):
Questions from General Aptitude, Database, and QA (Manual Testing Concepts, Techniques and their applications) will be asked.
Test Case Writing on a given scenario.
Duration is around 2 hrs
2) Personal Interview:
Interview with Senior Tester and/or Manager.
Questions will be asked about SDLC , STLC, Manual Testing Techniques.
Candidates may be presented some scenarios and will be asked to write brief test cases.
Additional round of interview may be conducted if the candidate is likely to get selected.

First round - assessment (coding),after that 2 technical Interview ,hr
In interview they mostly asked about DSA questions with coding and approaches .They also asked about project in details.system design and testing questions also they asked.

Actually there were 4 rounds of interviews for 2 year experienced candidate except managerial round. Aptitude, Logical reasoning, And 2 Technical rounds. But I felt very unprofessional, even after completing 4 rounds the HR team did not bother to inform that I was not for managerial round.
