Colloquio
A lady replied to me over Care.com and we messaged for a bit about availability, and general stuff. We set up an in-person interview where we met at a Starbucks. I was pretty nervous with this being my first time finding a job through care.com but it turned out great! The interview process will be different depending on who you are talking to though.

It was nice! I met with the family and they were really sweet! I got hired on the spot! They asked simple questions that any parent would ask someone that would be around their children alot. It's best to just be yourself to see if you would be a good fit for the family. When applying make sure you list out every single babysitting job like make sure your application is as detailed as possible

I went to an interview. The mother of the baby was doing the interview. It lasted about 30-40 mins. I was asked a few questions about myself and about my experience with children.

The hiring process started off a bit slow. This was because I was trying to get families to hire me but there were no families interested at first. After, I found the perfect family then, the process went by so much quicker and little to no questions were asked.
