Had two people interviewing at the same time. Kind of intimidating at first.But they were nice enough and tried to make me feel comfortable.I felt like the questions were very much the same as what you would expect an interview to ask. Nothing surprising, very normal questions.

Phone interview followed by in-person interview. For a company that specializes in hiring, I'd say the process I was disgraceful. Zero communication between recruiter and sales manager and myself. Very informal. Seems like there are hundreds of better places to work. No one seemed happy while I was there
