Multiple interviews dealing with culture fit, skill set and then finally partner meetings. Centric takes the time to fully vet you by making sure you meet with multiple people in the firm. They also give you the chance the find out what makes this company so unique and different from other firms their size.

Multiple phone calls. Met four or five members of the team at a local bar and talked for about two hours. They wanted to get to know me and see how I interacted with others.

I love that you used the word "kind". That's one of my favorite mantras: "Be Kinder Than Necessary" Interviewing is hard enough - we shouldn't make it any worse for the candidate.
