Easily one of the worst recruiting experiences I’ve ever gone through. I was contacted on LinkedIn, spoke with the recruiter and hiring manager, and then was blindsided with a case study that had a 7-day turnaround while I was on PTO. I completed it, submitted it, and never received a single piece of feedback before being pushed to the next round. From there it went downhill fast. The recruiter was unresponsive, unorganized, and flat-out unprofessional. I had a scheduling conflict and asked to reschedule — instead, I got crammed into a half-day of interviews. When I asked again to move times, they just ignored me and cancelled everything without explanation. I followed up multiple times and got radio silence, until almost a week later when I received a canned rejection email about not being a “fit.” Couldn't have figured that out before wasting everyone's time? If you value your time and want to be treated with basic professionalism, avoid this process and company. Totally disrespectful and a complete waste of effort.
