The interview process started with 2 interviewer, 1 was senior technical round who remained mute throughout the interview process and 1 was a junior with 1 years of experience who was asking all the question by googling it(can be seen clearly in his specs). They expect interview like FANG companies but didn't have even one fourth of budget to give as compensation. By focusing only on DSA and System Design they are just loosing out good Developers who have good hands-on experience in solving real-world problem.
