I had to follow up multiple times with the interviewer to schedule the 2nd round after being told he would contact me in a few days which did not happen. I ended up following up 4 times by email, and my 2nd round was scheduled after over a month. Sadly, I was not selected even though I felt I had a good interview with the panels (there were 4)

3 rounds- First round - General Overiew (Past experiences, Basic SQL Question, SDLC cycle knowledge) Second round - To present a personal choice demo in front of senior managers Third round - HR questions
