The communication started via mail and Skype, then I came to the office which was a very nice visit. I had a meeting with the Lead Dev, he told me about the company, the position, asked me about my former salary, expectations, etc. Then the process was pretty straight-forward, with another interview with the CEO and a skill test which I was able to do remotely.
