I interviewed with the Director about a week before WMC. I then came in during WMC as a "consultant" to review what worked and what didn't work from my perspective as an outsider, which is really smart because once you work there, you're blinded. Then I was brought on full time. Not a whole lot of training after that point. Just watch and learn as you go.

They conducted two interviews; first, with a food and beverage manager, second, with two HR employees and one of the owners. The second interview is also used to have you try on the uniform to make sure you are comfortable in it.
