Interview was straightforward and followed by a trial task. I turned down the offer for a follow up interview though as I don’t believe they actually ever hire anyone…just check their LinkedIn. It’s all about how they love remote work - but there’s never any work to show for it.
And they’re always hiring for the same positions.

Tell me one time you were under pressure and how did you tackle that situation?

I rarely walk away from an interview saying 'wtf' but that is what happened when I interviewed with Moe. The guy was nothing but unprofessional, asking me directly how much money I am making as a freelancer, which frankly was none of his business.
I was recommended for the role by people in the company and he absolutely knew no one. He asked me the same questions that were in the application form. His lack of knowledge of the job and industry showed through as he kept asking me the same questions, which obviously got the same answer.
Also, if you are trying to hire people, don't tell them you are expecting them to work flexibly and to work beyond their working hours. Way to turn people off. Nevertheless, the question that irked me the most was the crass way he asked me how much money I made.
Nevertheless, I was not impressed and clearly he wasn't either, complaining that he wished he made as much money as I did as a freelancer. Jesus Christ!

I passed the first interview with HR, and also the second one, a technical assessment that included idea-sharing and writing tasks which takes me 6 more hours to complete. For the third round, I interviewed with the manager. During this interview, the manager strangely questioned the location I had already confirmed with HR in the first round — and this location is exactly where they are hiring for. After that, I never heard back from them. This company steals ideas and written content from candidates! Stay away!
