The entire process and what I could expect was laid out for me before even starting the process. I enjoyed the process because it allowed me to learn about the product and met various members of the team. The process was- 1. Intro/Background Call 2. Take Home Project 3. Mock Call 4. People Ops Call 5. Final Call with CEO 6. Reference Checks

The interview process reflects what is described on their website. 4 Interviews overall and one take-home project. I felt comfortable and most of the time the conversation looked like an informal chat. I was given the time and space to ask questions myself.

Interviews and prepping for interviews takes a lot of time, and when a employer does not bother to give feedback after an interview I think it's really bad form. My email requesting feedback was ignored. I did not like this approach and I think it says a lot about a company.
