I should have read Glassdoor reviews before making an effort to get the contact info of the recruiter from one of my contacts. The person I spoke to was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. On the phone screening day, I did not hear from him until I email to check if he's available. He sounded like he was just reading through a list of questions without even seeing my resume. Whatever I answered, he sounded uninterested and arrogant. At the end of the phone screening, I asked him what the team structure is like for this position and he did not understand the term "team structure". I could tell he has very little professional experience. There's one BI engineer for this company now and they are looking to hire one more. For the size of the company, this is a big red sign. If you have experiences and skills to be qualified for this role, there are so many other open positions in SF Bay area and I suggest to look elsewhere.
