Recruiter was cool. Hiring Manager screening was great. Technical screening was weird. Person asked vague questions like "Tell me everything you know about HTTP" or "Tell me about proxies". It was hard to gauge what the person wanted. Also, interviewer was unable to clarify questions without giving the answer. Heavily used acronyms instead of full names of things when asking questions. Then the person started making up scenarios that did not meet the requirement of the role. Honestly, their recruiting process takes entirely too long. An interview every other week is too extensive. The process needs to be standardized and sped up.

If you were working at a call center and a user received an error for the server and it was 500? How would you resolve?
Got contacted by recruiter and scheduled a screening call, recruiter was late and the conversation felt really rushed however she was helpful explaining the role and interview process they follow where after the interview with the hiring manager I would have a take home exercise.
She said that would send me an interview with the hiring manager but then the system didn't had any slots, eventually slots were available 3 weeks later, finally on the scheduled slot the hiring manager didn't show up for the interview.
After a few hours they sent an apology about a scheduling conflict. As I felt the company was a bit chaotic decided to stop pursuing the position.

The interview process consisted of several steps. It started with an informal conversation with the hiring manager, followed by a meeting with the lead recruiter to discuss the role and salary expectations. After that, there was a technical interview, then a panel interview where I demo'd one of their products. The final stages included a conversation with a director and then a meeting with someone from the C-suite.

Applied with a referral. I was ghosted after recruiter stage. Recruiters can take 1 second to reject and auto-send the email. I wouldn't mind if it wasnt with a referral but they should have at least some decency for their own colleagues.
