Poor experience overall. The recruiter was friendly, but seemed frazzled and like she had somewhere else to be, said she wasn't a technical recruiter, asked a few basic questions. I followed up multiple times over the course of a few weeks, and finally received a generic canned email. Not a great experience. If you're working for a company in high growth, every experience matters, youre representing your company's brand. If you're not going to move forward with a candidate, not a big deal, but the process/lack of communication was pretty bad

One of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. I met with the recruiter responsible for tech hiring, and the conversation was shockingly unprofessional from beginning to end. She was visibly distracted the entire time, uninterested in anything I had to say, and carried herself with a level of arrogance and disrespect that was honestly hard to believe.
As someone who works in Talent Acquisition myself, this is exactly the kind of recruiter that gives the profession such a terrible reputation. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no basic respect for the candidate experience. It felt less like a conversation and more like an inconvenience she was forced to sit through.
To top it off, there was zero follow-up or feedback afterward, just complete ghosting. But after that interaction, I wouldn’t expect anything else. Rude, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional to the core.

The Recruiter who interviewed came in and right off the bat it seemed like they did not want to be there. There was no sort of connection to trying to converse as well as very cutthroat with the questions that she asked. It seemed more like mindless lets get through this process as fast as I can. They would roll their eyes in the middle of the call, seemed very annoyed, and was not good at answering the questions that I asked about the role and company. Thinking about it afterwords as a recruiter, it seemed like they already chose somebody they were going to give an offer to but already scheduled an interview with me so just went through with it.
