All of the interviews took place over the phone. The first interview consisted of a phone screening where I was asked the basic questions (name three things..., gave an overview of past job history, etc.) The second interview went through my job history in detail (start and end date, job duties, skills you learned and/or excelled at, supervisor name and title, what your supervisor would say about you, skills that you would have liked to improve upon, problems that arose and how you dealt with them) The third interview was a skills test where I was asked to demonstrate basic skills (typing, map reading, file saving, and spreadsheet sorting). This was over the phone and through an internet program that connected me to the manager's computer screen.
