This was with Costar Real Estate Manager, and overall a pretty standard interview process- single interview with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, in-person interview with hiring manager and team, phone communication for offer with both recruiter and hiring manager.
The recruiter was TERRIBLY incompetent. I had to initiate all communication and there was a huge disconnect between the recruiter and the hiring manager. They asked my salary several times throughout the process, discussed a "lateral" move, then offered me an amount significantly lower. A disrespectful experience that was really a waste of time.
