      Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso CoStar Group

      Colloquio

      Telephone interview and 3hrs grueling face to face interview. Questions give a lot of insight into how the IT structure works. it felt like predetermined outcome with prejudice against my current employer pitted against me. All three interviewers ask repetitive questions and apparently to see if you change your answer, all the while , while two of the three ppl are still sitting in the room anyway. Do not know what they have against thought evolution, even if the answers change.
