Worked with a recruiter from CoStar and setup a 3 hour interview pretty quickly. I was told the the interview process would have some white boarding, no coding, and be three hours long talking with technical staff. This was a little misleading, the actual process is disorienting and tiresome, where you are passed off from staff member to staff member every hour to be quizzed on very specific technical questions, such a how do you declare a temp table in TSQL. Very few if any behavioral questions were asked. Questions were not very difficult, but the specificity of the questions will trip you up if you aren't familiar with a a certain framework. At the end I was told I'd hear back in a few days and never got a response back. Followed up with the recruiter and was told the interview went fine but they were figuring out resources.
If I'd been given a little more clarity on interview expectations and the respect to follow up after the interview, would have been a positive experience.

CoStar will call for a 1-hour phone conversation either to talk about past projects or have the candidate walk through a Coderpad session. The conversations do tend to drag on.
