I applied for Programmer Trainee, Then they provide me a link for the test where average aptitude question were. Then I got interview call, the interview process with cognizant was very smooth and hardly it took around 40 mints and they asked about my background, my technology on which I worked on & also some aptitude to check my logical reasoning.
