Behavioral, explain to me something you are passionate about
Took the assessment test. Took 30 mins total. Consisted of two parts: the first part is an IQ test asks you to identify patterns, calculate percentages, identify missing words in a sentence; the second part is a cultural fit test that asks you questions like "Do you consistently try to improve the way things are done?". I was able to answer 40 questions out of the 50 IQ test questions and received an invite to the recruiter call.

Very standard interview process for Fintech. Applied online and got a follow up from HR within a week or so. Recruiter Call, Personality Assessment, Hiring Manager Call, and then possible panel presentation with coworkers.
