The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, a phone screening with the manager I would potentially report to, and then a series of on-site in-person interviews.
The experience was great; everyone I spoke to was very enthusiastic, helpful, and passionate about Collibra. Most of the questions were behavioral and experience-based. The structure of the interviews varied based on the style of the interviewer, but the sense of excitement about the future of the company was consistent and contagious across all interactions.
