I got to meet with the tech team and non-tech team. The interview process was not difficult but had some tricky and interesting elements. It felt organic and engaging. However, I was disappointed that the final salary range was much lower than what HR initially mentioned in the introduction call. After investing significant time researching the company and speaking with their current employees, I was ultimately rejected after their references check, which felt frustrating given the effort I put into preparing.
