at first I thought the process was normal, but as it progressed it seemed more and more unprofessional. Intake call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with the manager. Both times both put the emphasis on how I was a top candidate. Then I’m ghosted for three weeks. Brought in for a final round of interviews. Interviewed with two teams and the hiring manager again. Told I’d know by next week. Was ghosted again for a week finally sent an email and was told no for this position but we want you to fill this position potentially. I said okay let them take my app for the second position. Again told I’d know something by a week. Nothing ghosted again and the posting is now down. The most unprofessional waste of my time.

20 minutes phone screen with hr manager, 30 minute zoom interview with finance manager, then followed by a 1.5 hour in person behavioral interview with three different finance managers at their downtown office.
