had an initial phone call with the recruiter. Was moved on to the next interview with the hiring manager. The interview seemed to go fine, there was a lot of focus on the startup environment (be prepared for lots of change, pivoting, etc). She told me they'd follow up but I never heard anything and was ghosted.
