got an application form from my local job centre and got a call within a fortnight to come for an interview that week and found out less than a week after that I had been successful. Process was straightforward and well organised.

The overall process was awesome. The branch manager was very helpful and kind. He asked around 5 questions and was very supportive. He collected my work permit and asked me whether I would be able to work full time. He also gave me some interview tips for the future and assured that I will be notified about the results in a week

What are the qualities that will be beneficial for the branch?
Not bad and wasn’t a long interview where I was asked a few questions. Also asked about availability and spoke about what the role entailed i.e stocking shelves or being on the tills
