I went through an online assignment which is not very difficult, and then within a week, I got a phone interview opportunity. There were two coding questions, I did work them out, however I didn't pass this round of interview.

I applied for the position through my college career link. After emailing back and forth a few times with a recruiter a phone interview was set up.
Answered questions online along with a phone interview. After the phone call, follow up questions were emailed to me and also answered through emails.

I got emailed back for a phone interview within a week of applying on their website. The interviewer was very nice and friendly, so I felt comfortable with her during the interview. The entire thing lasted for 25 minutes max, if I remember correctly. The questions weren't too difficult, just the standard stuff you always get in interviews: strength, weakness, leadership abilities, how you once handled an obstacle/issue, how you work in teams, etc.
