Applied through my university's career website. Received an email to a phone interview, asked some relatively standard interview questions. It was fairly casual, interviewer wanted to make sure you are the right fit and look for passion, drive, self-starter, problem-solving skills etc.

Easy application online (just upload your CV) and then I got an email to set up an interview, as well as a few prompts to answer. The interview was 30 minutes and it was pretty standard, the interviewer was very friendly so it was very comfortable. Right after, the interviewer sent me another larger prompt to answer by email. A few days after, I was notified I got the internship.

Consisted of a brief application with only a resume and email address. Next step was a short prompt through email, which led to a 30min phone interview. Finalized by a longer written prompt response via email. It was all very relaxed and interactive but fairly cliche. Your success will all depends on what you are willing to put in and how charismatic your community manager (interviewer) is.
