I applied through one of the job portals, had a call with hiring manger, and got second round interview request the next week with the team, it went well and they liked it. After a week I followed up on them on the next steps, some one from the staffing team should be contacted but they never and they never replied to any follow-up emails, it seems a bit unprofessional. This clearly shows what kind of organization it is. Glad I didn't join.
