Lots of interviews (probably over 8 with check ins from recruiter). Interviews were easy. Got to final stages when they sent over the benefit package - for a tech company, the benefits are abysmal (15 days of PTO, mid-healthcare, no real perks AND lots of travel). I made up my mind then and luckily no offer so it was a mutual decision.

Multiple interviews with very young HR people. Very nice, but seemed like they have a script and don’t really understand the role given their backgrounds. Asked some very in the weeds questions, which would have made more sense as part of interview with hiring manager.
