Lots of interviews (probably over 8 with check ins from recruiter). Interviews were easy. Got to final stages when they sent over the benefit package - for a tech company, the benefits are abysmal (15 days of PTO, mid-healthcare, no real perks AND lots of travel). I made up my mind then and luckily no offer so it was a mutual decision.

I had a screening interview after which I had another screening interview. First one was 30 minutes talk another was more focused around 1 hour, where they talked more about their organization. In both you have to do some self-presentation and talk about your career. After second interview I got rejected, which I'm not gonna lie was quite surprising because I didn't even get to technical interview. After I politely asked what went wrong they didn't respond. Very disappointing - on their presentation, they are talking big about how they care about self growth etc., but they are unable to provide simple feedback.
