Colloquio
The whole process was clear and very structured. It had 3 steps:
I. 30 min phone interview with HR about my background and understanding of the position.
II. 60 min face to face interview with manager and team lead about my skills and deeper understanding of how the Criteo product works.
III. 60 min face to face interview with global director and VP of operations about me, my values and attitude.
After each step I received a pleasant call from HR asking for the feedback about the interview, and before every next interview I received detailed information and even some recommendations how to prepare for it.
