      The company is large but truly attentive to employees, with consistent and well-structured support. The workload is manageable, working hours are respected, and flexibility is excellent. The hybrid setup requires only one day in the office (soon two). Teams are collaborative, young, and genuinely helpful, and it’s easy to build good relationships. Managers are available and focused on your development. Social events, after-work activities, and the bi-annual global summit are very well organized. Benefits are strong compared to most companies: health insurance, a home-office budget, meal vouchers, and other perks.

      The recent CEO change has shifted the company more toward performance and shareholder priorities, whereas it previously felt more people-first. The advertising market is facing uncertainty due to the upcoming deprecation of third-party cookies, which may impact the business model in the future. Competition is extremely strong, with Meta, Amazon, and Google dominating the space, so it requires constant effort to show value and retain clients.
