Super length interview process with multiple days of interviews including a full day on site (though with half of them being video calls). Got the impression that every person I talked to would be for my hire, but the last interview with the CTO didn't go super well. First of all, I had to pee, as I literally had no time that day. Secondly, he seemed super detached and antagonistic for no reason. Glad I didn't get an offer as they'd be a pain to work for.
I've met some very nice folks in my first few rounds of interviews. The interviews are mostly about my past experience. My last interviewer was rude and condescending. I've read reviews that Curalate does not have a strong senior leadership and my last interviewer's rude demeanor confirmed that. I don't think I will join this company anyway.
