Four rounds and some telephonic rounds, Assessment 45 mins, managerial discussion with Boris 30 mins, Assignment 8 hrs, Final discussion 90 mins The final discussion was again with Boris, He was criticizing my work when there was no point of doing so as the assignment was perfect and he agreed to it. He was trying to micromanage the things as if he don't want to hire me but he isn't getting any reason to do so. Like who critises someone for using a while loop? Where the point was to write an api with minimal loops? He told me many times that i am almost done, it's will be a go. I developed what they want in no time, whole frontend part, backend part and deployed it too and this is what i get for showing all those efforts- Rejection. It is a worst experience,these people don't care about anyone's efforts/time, they are just showing the vacancies in the market. Don't waste your time and energy in the process in the end even though they don't have any reason to reject you, even if the already said that you are almost done it is a formal discussion ahead they will reject you and ghost you.. Haven't seen such unprofessional organization in my entire career. I didn't find any interview review from Hyderabad office so i ignored all the negative reviews and continued the process, but those are true. It is the same in abroad and in hyderabad. Beware of this guy BORIS from Israel branch, he is a guy with zero knowledge.
