This is nothing but a glorified door-to-door ADT sales job. Classic bait-and-switch tactics, where the entry level phone rep tells you the job is one thing, but when you show up to interview in person, it becomes something else. All they want is people who are out on the streets stalking businesses to sell security systems to all day. The atmosphere is mundane at best, and the people I saw walking around looked miserable, with no one smiling. I interviewed with two people that day, and the second guy made me wait as if he was so swamped he couldn't make the appointment he made. Highly unprofessional. He then went on to explain their "very conservative" owner who requires them to wear a suit and tie so they look professional - but it's really so they aren't instantly pegged as just another security sales guy - which they are!! He did concede that the owner allows a more relaxed dress code in the summer - a suit BUT NO TIE. wow. You're still a door-to-door sales guy. Don't fall for being told one thing on the phone, only to get put together into something you don't want to do when you are in person.

The first interview was a 15 minute phone screening. Then after that they ask you to take two separate tests online. One was a sales tests and the other was an IQ type test.
