Several rounds with different members of the team across recruitment, engineering and leadership, including one task-based interview in-person. The overall process was positive - Will and Alice were extremely communicative and happy to answer questions, and I enjoyed the conversations with everyone I met. I was interviewing for around 4 months total, and sometimes I would have to wait for over a week to hear back about next steps. However I appreciate things take time to align internally, and this gave me the time to really think through the role myself, helping with my decision to accept the job offer!
