Multiple steps, very transparent on each step.
It was really pleasant to talk to everyone, starting from HR to technical guys and even managers.
It was mostly abstract regarding technical stuff (high level), and then there was a live coding interview.

Colloquio
Firstly, there was call with HR. Basic info about company and the role. After that there is a home assessment that is actually a mini project written in Java/ SpringBoot. The idea was to check design patterns, code organization, tests etc. After that, there is a round with software engineers where we discussed about the task and its solution.
