Easygoing interview process, including a writing task and performance review. The process was divided into three separate interviews with HR and the Head of Department. Took about a month to finish.

I had 30 minutes video call with Recruiter Lady. Without any word after saying hello, she just talked for 15 mins without breathing explaining me what do they do. I point that I am long time user of theirs and following their activity on github. The requirements were perfect match with my experiences and tech stack in my resume, migrating Symfony monolith to microservices, nodejs/Typescript knowledge, bigdata on Postresql and blockchain experiences etc. Apparently she did not look at it, asked me if i had related experience. I explain with the stories from my career. She found it impressive and told me they will send me task in one week, her face was not happy when I said my rate of work. One week later they send me a template email that says they decided to continue with other candidate who aligns better their expectations.
