Brief phone interview with a recruiter followed by a panel interview with managers. Basic interview questions followed by a take home CSS assessment then ghosted by the recruiter after a followup email.

This was my second time interviewing for the position. During the zoom call, although nervous as I was, I could tell that one of the interviewers was more interested in which Harry Potter house I would be in. I was told with everything happening things getting back to me would take some time. After a week, I contacted the recruiter requesting feedback from the interviewers. Not only did I not receive feedback, but the recruiter ignored me. A few days later, they sent me another job for something completely different. They made it very obvious that they're not interested in how well you fit in their group rather than the skills you have. Feedback would be nice to know where I stand and how I can improve and I understand that it's optional, but when an applicant requests it, is ignored, and is sent an unrelated position with no rejection email is very rude. At least they saved me the time I would have wasted for less than $40k a year.
