Applied online through my university career center and had a first round interview on-campus. A few days later, received an invitation to an all-day final round interview in the office. Had the opportunity to interact with the partners as well as more junior team members. The DeciBio team was very welcoming and professional. Overall, it was a great experience.

First round interview, one-way using an online platform. Asked a few questions like best advice you have recieved and then short market case about a hypothetical product, how much annual market, potential key industry/use and a name idea for company. Took 30 min, a bit awkward as it is one-way and it only gives you 3 seconds before recording.
