I think this company should be investigated for potentially unethical hiring practices. They create a hiring event that supposedly guarantees you can interview. This lures people into their online event, which is actually an attempt to beat a Guinness world record for hiring events. How many people are they actually hiring? They don’t tell you, yet they want to draw thousands of attendees and applicants. Not only did they want to beat the world record with this event, but it seems like they wanted to train their AI model for free. During the event, they avoided all the concrete company questions, primarily answering theoretical and possibly planted questions like “do you hire in this/that country?” The speakers merely spoke about how great they think Deel is. The guaranteed interview was AI, and you answered basic questions to a bot about how to move forward with leads and closing deals. As expected, at least 99% of applicants didn’t move forward from that stage. Deel wasn’t transparent about how many roles they wanted filled or in which locations. And the size of their event clearly didn’t align with the size they are hiring (if they were hiring at all)

Started off good, but ended up in disaster. Was the most messy interview process, no dates available. Was delayed and then ghosted and didn't even explain why I didn't get the job
The SDR interview process at Deel appeared highly organized at first, but the actual interaction felt biased and inconsistent. I had the impression that appearance and personal perception influenced the interviewer's attitude more than qualifications or experience. Once they seemed uninterested, the discussion shifted toward unnecessary questions with very little real engagement.
A professional interview should make candidates feel evaluated on their skills, not on subjective impressions.
Very lengthy process and took from Jan to Mar. However, I get a response back fast, so that's something I appreciate. I started with a recruiter round -> hiring manager-> Role play+ presentation -> Regional Manager ->Culture Fit
