The internal recruiter was absolutely awful. She arrived 10 minutes late to our call, hadn’t read my CV and thought I was in my current company for 6 months ( currently in 4th year).
This looks to be a company rising very quickly but will miss out on a lot of talent given the recruitment team in place.
