We are very sorry to hear that we lost an initially motivated candidate like you whilst we worked on the structure and reorganization of our Customer Success team. The Success team specifically has been working across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support to build better processes, segment customers, and deliver a better overall experience internally and externally. This did lead to a pause in hiring in order to ensure that we were able to deliver an accurate account of the state of Success as well as deliver an amazing experience in onboarding to the team.
Again, we regret that we lost you as a very passionate and motivated candidate, and we apologize that we could not give you a better experience.
