I had 2 video interviews. The process took 1 week. The first video interview with the recruiter went very well. She was very kind and engaged in the conversation. I was told the second interview would be with a hiring manager but 2 hiring managers showed up in the call. They wanted to surprise me (which threw me off in the beginning) and proceeded to seem distracted and uninterested throughout the entire call. When it came to my turn to ask them questions, I asked, "what do you love about your company and what would make your experience even better?" Their response was that this company is perfect and that there are no improvements to mention... red flag.

The interview process at Deel is a joke and such a waste of time for low pay. The recruiter calls you from his car while he’s driving. Then, they make you do a long project asking to prospect a company and explain why you chose them. So you waste time doing that and then they send a rejection email - Run away dont walk. Their feedback to me was that I didn’t talk enough about Deel. Just terrible.
